You don’t need to have attended part 1 to attend!  In this session, we will take a more focused look at metrics that matter to our customer base, as defined by you!     

We’ll not just look at what metrics we have available today, but why they are important and why the results appear as they do.  We’ll discuss how to take those metrics and apply them into your own organization.
